All products are designed and made in the UK. Many items are made to order or bespoke, so lead times and details vary.
2. Placing an Order
Orders can be placed via our website or by phone/email. Once received, we’ll email confirmation within 24 hours (next working day). This confirmation includes details of your purchase and relevant info. Only after confirmation is sent does a contract form.
If a product is unavailable or listed with an error, we reserve the right not to accept the order. If no confirmation is sent, no binding contract exists.
3. Lead Times & Production
Ready-to-ship items dispatch in 3–5 working days.
Made-to-order items:

Lead times start after full payment and design confirmation. Busy periods or complex customisation may take longer—we’ll always keep you updated.
4. Materials & Natural Variation
All pieces are handmade using solid wood and natural materials. Each is unique. Expect:

These are not faults. We don’t offer refunds or compensation for natural timber characteristics.
Timber Grades
Character Grade Oak: open knots/cracks, sanded to 180 grit, finished with hardwax oil.
Prime Grade Oak: knots filled with resin, sanded to 240 grit, finished with hardwax oil.
Live Edge Oak: natural edge retained (+/- 100mm variance), sanded to 180 grit, finished with hardwax oil.
Default timber grade is Character Oak unless specified.
Custom Requests
Requests for resin filling, Prime Grade timber, premium finishes (Rubio Monocoat), or custom sanding/edges must be agreed in writing before ordering. These may affect cost and lead time.
